• Please contact us early if you’re running late.

Over 15 minutes late: your session may be shortened.

Over 30 minutes late: your booking may be canceled.

• Last-minute bookings may not be available. Please book early.

• Changes to your booking may not be possible due to our schedule.

 

【Fees for Changes & Cancellations】

＊Until the day before: Free

＊ Same-day cancellation: 100% fee

＊Same-day change:　 Free if made 2+ hours before, 100% fee if within 2 hours

Also, if you shorten your course after arriving, the full fee still applies.
